Unlike THC, which is the intoxicating compound found in marijuana, CBD does not produce any psychoactive effects (it should be noted that while full-spectrum CBD products do contain THC, it's less than 0.3%, which is not enough to create psychoactive effects). Once extracted from the hemp plant, CBD is infused into different types of products, including oil tinctures.
Appropriate doses of CBD differ from person to person. How much CBD you should take depends on a number of different factors, including your height, weight, and whether or not you've used CBD before. Talk to your doctor to determine the amount of CBD you should start with, and pay close attention to the recommended serving size on each product.
What is CBD?
Every person will respond a bit differently to CBD oil, so no one product is going to be right for everyone. You may have to try different products, different CBD spectrums, and different forms of CBD to find a formula that works for you.
Various research shows that CBD may be able to help manage stress, sleep issues, and certain types of pain.
CBD stands for cannabidiol and it's one of hundreds of cannabinoids (compounds) found in the hemp and marijuana plants. Legal CBD products are derived from industrial hemp plants, specifically Cannabis sativa, which contain high levels of CBD and small amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
The ideal oil concentration will vary according to your circumstances. And, while we have lots of information to help get you started, the most crucial piece of advice is “listen to your body”. If you have any further concerns, or you want specific dosing advice, we highly recommended discussing the subject with a doctor or physician.
With a world that’s more connected than ever, keeping our body in a homeostatic state is vital. Our oils work to smooth the high and lows of life, helping you stay on track and focused.
There’s also a wide choice of CBD concentrations. While some people enjoy the milder impact of a low concentration formula, there may be individuals that benefit from our maximum strength oils.
How do you accurately measure your CBD oil dosage?
Under the right conditions, CBD may be useful beyond the expiration date, but we cannot guarantee the potency or effectiveness of its key ingredients.

Another option for storing CBD oil is the fridge, especially if it’s for an extended period. Lower temperatures can, however, affect the colour and viscosity of the product, but don’t be alarmed—this is perfectly normal. There might be some precipitation (looks like flakes falling out of the oil), but it will go away when it’s back at room temperature. There is no loss of potency, and it won’t damage the product.
CBD oil works to smooth out this natural process, helping your mind and body get back to a balanced state faster. Managing well-being is all about improving our body’s baseline state, and that’s where Cibdol oil appears to excel.
